Her professional objective is to contribute the skills, knowledge, values, and ethics that she has acquired through both career and life experiences to a hands-on and caring role of an HR. She wants to be widely recognized in industry circles as a professional, who develops a healthy employee-management.
With 15 years of rich experience human resources management, she is passionate about people development, improving personal efficiency and productivity, employee engagement, managing culture and change, performance management.
